Most people called it a cult. But for twenty years, Josh & Caleb called it home.
In Paradise, there is no television. No fast food. Just long hours of farm work and prayer on a dusty Wyoming ranch, and nights in a crowded bunkhouse. The boys of the Compound are kept far from the sinners’ world.
But Joshua doesn’t need temptation to sin. His whole life, he’s wanted his best friend, Caleb. By day they work side by side. Only when Josh closes his eyes at night can they be together the way he craves.
It can never be. And his survival depends on keeping his terrible desires secret.
Caleb has always protected Josh against the worst of the bullying at the Compound. But he has secrets of his own, and a plan to get away — until it all backfires.
Josh finds himself homeless in a world that doesn’t want him. Can Caleb find him in time? And will they find a place of safety, where he can admit to Josh how he really feels?
Warning: Contains a hot male/male romance, copious instances of taking the Lord’s name in vain, and love against the kitchen counter. This book was previously released under the title: In Front of God & Everyone. For more about its previous publication, you can read this blog post.

REVIEW
4.5 Stars for Goodbye Paradise.
I love Sarina Bowen’s books and when I heard that she had an M/M series I was all for it.
I wasn’t disappointed by Goodbye Paradise. I fell in love with this story and with Josh and Caleb. I couldn’t get enough of them. This book was so powerful and sweet. I love my angst so I wish there was more in it, however, there is a little. This book made me cry, laugh, smile and made me stop for a moment to gather my thoughts. I never wanted to put this book down and I’m so glad I had a free day to read this without having to do anything else.
The cult aspect really gave this story something extra and made it even more powerful. This book wasn’t something super religious. It was about two men who needed to escape and be free to love each other. Caleb and Josh have been best friends forever but inside the cult, they could never explore their relationship further.
Caleb is strong, but Josh has this unassuming strength to him and when they're together they are two of the strongest men I can think of. They are both perfect for each other, they balance each other out and are both devoted to each other in a way that shows you their undenied love for each other.
This book is proof of why I’m such a HUGE fan of Sarina Bowen’s work. She has the power to make you feel all the emotions in just one book. You feel what the characters are feeling as their journey develops. This story was just so touching. This book is why I love romance novels and why I will continue to read Bowen’s work. I don’t think I’m going to forget about Caleb and Josh anytime soon. Their story will stick with me for at least months to come.
I can’t wait for the next instalment in this series and the many more Sarina Bowen works to come.

Hello Forever (Hello, Goodbye, Book 2)
Summary
Six years have passed since the awful day when Axel and Caxton were caught making out in the woods at church camp. They were only teenagers then, but Axel had been devastated when Cax had cut off all contact with him. After that, his best friend seemed to vanish.
So Axel is astonished to find his first love’s face in the crowd of a college basketball game he’s watching on TV—at a college which has just offered him a job. It’s a thousand miles away, in a tiny rural town. But suddenly, he can’t wait to get there.
Cax can’t believe his eyes when Axel appears in the same Massachusetts town where he now lives. And he’s still just as drawn to Axel as ever. But he can’t let himself go there again. Because loving Axel will mean losing everything else he holds dear.
Both men have so much to lose. But as far as their love is concerned, it’s Hello Forever.
Hello Forever is a stand-alone novel with no cliffhangers. Readers of Goodbye Paradise will get a chance to check in on Caleb and Josh and their clan.
