SEEKING AN EX-HUSBANDI need a fake ex-husband. Let me explain … I may have let it slip to my new co-workers that I have an ex-husband. Now they’re fascinated with the details, specifically with him. Why wouldn’t they be? He’s gorgeous, has exceptional skills in the bedroom, and is determined to win me back. But there’s a problem. He doesn’t exist. The bigger problem? I have to produce him to save my job. This is where you come in. I’m seeking someone to play a smitten ex-husband for two weeks. You’ll need to remember our love story—details matter when it comes to romance! Please be prepared to travel in-state at a moment’s notice. We may be in close proximity and sharing a bed may be required. One more thing—kisses are required for optics as necessary. If this sounds interesting or, at the very least, entertaining, let me know.Signed,Your Future Ex-Wife
Buckle up for a steamy adventure between friends-turned-lovers in this new “fresh twist on a favorite trope!” take on fake dating, close proximity, and romance in the workplace from USA Today Bestselling author Adriana Locke.
Review:
4 Stars!
Jess might be my fave Carmichael man yet!
Fluke follows Jess and Pippa. Jess has been in love with Pippa for 15 years and trying to get her to notice him, while she’s oblivious and thinks they’re just friends.
Pippa ends up in a bit of a predicament when she blurts out at work to her boss and coworkers that she has an ex husband that is trying to win her back… which isn’t true in the slightest as she’s never been married! Jess is quick to offer himself up as her ex husband to spend more time with her to try and win her over…by not faking a thing.
This book is full of swoon worthy moments, hilarious banter (the Carmichael brothers love their pranks!) and the spice is on point. Adriana has written a fun new take on fake dating that you’ll definitely love if you love the he falls first trope.
I really loved Jess and Pippa together and can’t wait to see what happens next!

About the Author:
USA Today Bestselling author, Adriana Locke, writes contemporary romances about the two things she knows best—big families and small towns. Her stories are about ordinary people finding extraordinary love with the perfect combination of heart, heat, and humor. She loves connecting with readers, fall weather, football, reading alpha heroes, everything pumpkin, and pretending to garden.Hailing from a tiny town in the Midwest, Adriana spends her free time with her high school sweetheart (who she married over twenty-five years ago) and their four sons (who truly are her best work). Her kitchen may be a perpetual disaster, and if all else fails, there is always pizza.
Except that word of our engagement spreads like wildfire. Our families are ecstatic. We’re front page news. My little food blog is launched into the stratosphere.
Of course, I offer to set the record straight right away, but Hutton wants to give it a little time–the phony engagement will keep his matrimony-mad mother and every matchmaking granny in town off his back.
He even suggests I move in with him to make the ruse more real.
And we don’t stop there.
We practice kissing. Undressing each other. Saying things–and doing things–we’d never dare if we weren’t pretending. Because it’s all for show, right? We’re just role-playing. Hutton doesn’t want a real relationship, and I don’t want to get hurt. But the more time we spend faking it, the more I start to wonder.
Could Hutton French and I actually be right for each other, or is it all just one big tease?

I loved Tease! I was so excited to read this book when I found out it was going to be Felicity and Hutton and Melanie Harlow did NOT disappoint!
I can 100% relate to Felicity and her awkwardness and nervous habits. She was such a sweet heroine. She does feel a little lost in life which I think is something we can all relate to. But Hutton is her rock and has been there for her when she needed him.
Hutton is amazing! I really loved him as a character. While he’s a billionaire, he doesn’t act super cocky and is just super sweet around Felicity. They’ve been best friends since they were in school so their relationship is already formed very well and you could feel how much they cared for each other. He was the ultimate sweet hero with the side of sexy.
I loved seeing their relationship progress while they were both acting like they were only fake dating. I loved how natural their relationship change felt, they were still best friends but now they could really be open with how much they loved each other.
This was a fun read and is now one of my favourites in the series. It’s a super sweet romance with a little bit of spice. I would say it doesn’t feel like your normal billionaire romance but I loved that about it!

4.5 stars
Flirt was super entertaining and fun read that made me laugh out loud. I love a good friends to lovers story and this mixed with fake dating plus a bit of workplace romance was amazing.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I love the families that Adriana Locke writes. She is so good at writing a group of brothers. I was so excited to meet the Carmichael Brothers after they were introduced in Sweet, and they did not disappoint. They’re full of pranks and laughter and even a little bit of mystery (Foxx, I’m looking at you).
Brooke and Moss are coworkers who agree to a fake relationship to help one another out. Neither of them do real relationships so this seems like the perfect option of them.
Brooke and Moss’ chemistry is off the charts and I loved their banter with one another. They’ve been drawn to each other since they first met but have tried to ignore it but when it all comes down to it, they’re meant to be together. There were so many moments where Moss made me swoon and I fell in love with him. They are so amazing together and super sweet.
This was such a fun and swoon worthy book with a hint of emotion at the end that really pulled at my heartstrings. I highly recommend this book if you want something fun to read! I can’t wait to read the stories of the other Carmichael brothers.

Our laughter fills the lanai, mixing with the sound of the water trickling from the hot tub into the pool. It feels like I’ve had a shot of tequila and am settled in for the night. It’s nice.“What about you?” I ask her, lifting my legs and laying them on the ottoman next to her. “What would you be doing if you weren’t here with me right now?”“Probably deciding on the paint color for Parasol Place. Maybe having drinks with Jovie. Sometimes Smokey’s has live music on the weekends, and I go sit on the beach and listen.” She shrugs. “I do all sorts of stuff.”As much as I’ve thought about Brooke, I’ve never pictured her having a life—doing things like a normal person. She’s always been Work Brooke, coming at me with designs and prices, or Fantasy Brooke. In that case, she’s usually naked or in my T-shirt and bent over an apparatus of some sort. Her doing normal people stuff is an interesting concept.“What are you thinking?” she asks me.Your peach-shaped ass up in the air while you watch me pound into you over your shoulder.I roll my tongue around my mouth. “You don’t want to know.”“I asked, didn’t I?”Your lips wrapped around my cock while I thread my fingers through your hair and come down your throat.“Trust me,” I say. “You don’t want to know.” But I think she does know. I think she has an idea, anyway. She turns toward me in a way that makes me place one of my legs on the other side of her, effectively boxing her in.I make every effort to stay calm. Control my breathing. Keep my hands locked on the armrests. Don’t move a muscle. Because seeing her like this—in my house, between my thighs—is a little more than I was expecting to have to deal with tonight. It feels a bit more than a game of pretend. Her hands rest just above my knees. She smirks.Damn this woman.“Fine,” she says, squeezing her fingertips into my jeans just hard enough for me to feel it. “Don’t tell me. That’s fair because I’m not telling you what I’m thinking about either.”
