Terms and Conditions did not disappoint! After LOVING The Fine Print, I was so excited to read Declan and Iris’ story.  This book delivered and it was all the grumpy/sunshine marriage of convenience goodness I needed. The book starts off with Declan looking for a wife to complete the clause his grandpa left in his will which allowed him to become CEO. But Declan had scared off yet another woman that Iris had found for him at the worst possible time which leads to Iris stepping in.  The tension and chemistry between Declan and Iris was so good. From the moment Iris stepped up to be Declan’s fake wife, things were intense. With them being Boss and Assistant, the push and pull was already there because Iris wouldn’t let Declan get away with anything so when they entered a relationship (no matter how fake it is) this got even better and the sexual tension continued to build. And their banter?? Amazing.  I love watching Declan’s growth throughout the book, you could really tell how much he has always cared about Iris even if he doesn’t know how to properly show it or Iris doesn’t notice. Declan had me SWOONING so hard when he showed Iris just how much he cared about her. I could not contain my excitement as I was reading.  I really loved Iris and Declan together and I loved going back into the Dreamland world once again.  *ARC kindly received in exchange for an honest review*

I lean against my desk and suck in a deep lungful of air. The scent of coconuts only intensifies my frustration. 

I open a window and then sit down. 

“Busy men always go through the motions and never have time to be creative. I’m not sure that fits my needs.”

What the hell?

Relational intimacy. 

Loads of rubbish, just as it was ten years ago. 

Instead of listening to spoiled, silver spoon-fed women who want their ridiculous projects handled, I have real work to do. 

My heart pumps from the interaction with Dara, and I find myself replaying much of our conversation. It’s not until I get to relational intimacy do I realize how much time I’ve wasted—and am still wasting. 

I put my phone on Do Not Disturb and get back to the only thing I ever want to know intimately—my work.  

5 stars to Resolution! 

I love going back to Adriana Locke’s world in Savannah! It feels like home going back to the Mason family (and hearing about the Landry family) so I was super excited to finally get Wade Mason’s story and it did NOT disappoint! 

I think Wade Mason has become my favourite Mason brother for sure. I’m such a sucker for the quiet and controlling men that don’t let anyone in or see them vulnerable until that one woman walks into their life and knocks them off their feet. I’m a goner when she gets him to smile or laugh for the first time and that’s what it was like with Wade and Dara! 

Wade is the type of man who keeps his cards close to his chest. He’s the quiet and controlling type who doesn’t show any of his vulnerability, even around his family. He’s a well respected architect who is known for always staying super professional and being married to his work. Wade is hard to get to know as he doesn’t reveal much of himself to anyone but under that closed off demeanour is a man trying to protect himself.  

Dara is quite the opposite. She’s a talker, loves to laugh and makes friends with people everywhere she goes. She’s the perfect match for Wade and knocks him off feet the moment she walks into his office for an appointment. 

Wade and Dara were perfect together and their chemistry was off the charts. I loved their story and the journey they go on. I loved watching Dara slowly break down Wade’s walls until we finally got to see the amazing man that we knew he was. Seeing Wade let go of his past and fall in love with Dara was so beautiful. 

This story was full of emotion, angst, steam, tension and SO MANY swoons! I highly recommend this book and while you don’t need to read the rest of the Mason Family series, I would definitely recommend reading the rest of the books first as the Mason family appear a lot and you’ll fall in love with them. 

Adriana Locke has added another book boyfriend to the top of my list with Wade… I just want to talk about so many swoon worthy moments I won’t spoil it! Is it too late to claim Wade? 

Go read this amazing ending to the Mason Family series! You’re missing out if you don’t.

He fiddles with his tie. “Otherwise, I’ll be back upstairs in a few hours, and we can head up to legal. You’ll be communicating with them a lot, and I want to make the introductions.”

“Okay,” I say, following his lead and standing.

He comes around the corner of his desk and stops a few feet in front of me.

4 Stars for Relentless! 

I was so happy to be back in the world of the Masons! I love a good boss/employee romance so I was super excited to read Oliver and Shaye’s story! 

Shaye’s life is a mess after her broken marriage left her with a huge debt. She’s only working part-time as a waitress at The Gold Room, a bar owned by her friend. As if things couldn’t get worse, one day she sneezes and hits someone’s car. Oliver Mason’s car to be exact.

Thankfully, Oliver was super nice about the accident, which helped when she goes in for an interview the next day for none other than Oliver’s executive assistant. She had no idea it was for Oliver’s company so image her surprise when he walks into the interview room. 

Shaye doesn’t know what she should do when she’s offered the position. She needs this job badly but with her attraction towards Oliver growing, she isn’t sure if it’s the right thing to do. Once she accepts the job, the attraction between them grows and ends in some hot kisses. 

Both facing trust issues, they decide to not enter in a relationship and to just have fun, but obviously things get more serious as they spend more and more time together. 

Shaye and Oliver connect so easily and instantly. They work so well together and I loved their banter. Some of my favourite scenes involved all the Mason brothers and Shaye. She held her own even with all of the Masons around her. 

This was a cute romance story filled with fun and sexy moments. It was so entertaining to see how Shaye evolved from awkward to confident with herself and Oliver. This was a super easy book to read that was very engaging. I flew through it which I was a little sad about. I wasn’t ready to leave their world! 

This was such a great addition to the series and I’m excited for more Mason Brothers to come.

I love Corinne’s writing and although You Loved Me Once sound different to all of her other books, I was still excited to read it and I wasn’t disappointed. 

You Loved Me once doesn’t focus solely on the romance and is more of a women’s fiction story that follows Serenity who has a giant passion for what she does as a doctor. She lost her mother to cancer and now 14 years later she’s running her first clinical trial in the hopes that it changes women’s lives as they fight ovarian cancer. 

But the trail starts with a blast from her past coming back and complicating things more than she thought was possible. For 14 years, Serenity has been protecting her heart after losing her mother and college fiancé meaning she’s been standoffish and running away from love. She’s been having a casual relationship with fellow doctor, Westin Grant. It’s no secret that Westin want’s more in the relationship and is falling in love with Serenity but she doesn’t want to let anyone in and face getting hurt once again. Westin doesn’t back down and he works hard to break down the walls that she has put up around her heart. 

But as I mentioned before, the past has come back and hit Ren with emotions she was finally starting to get over. She has some serious choices to make, which will change not only her relationship, but her career and world as she has known it. She’s put in a really difficult situation and which no one wants to be in but it had me turning the pages quickly so I could see what she would decide. 

I really loved seeing Serenity grow during this book and see her finally accept that she deserves happiness and love in her life. The whole story was great but of course I really loved the romance side. Westin was amazing and was there for Serenity though it all even when things could effect him too. This was such a touching story that will be with you for a while after you read it.
